PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Butler Properties Management Group was formed in 2003 to manage single-tenant retail projects for investors across the country buying developed properties from BDG and needing property management services.

Over the years, those initial projects have been re-sold to additional investors and the company has grown organically adding properties to manage for clients both old and new. Today, the company manages more than 40 single-tenant and multi-tenant shopping centers for clients in 13 states.
