Brett L. Butler
President

Mr. Butler formed Butler Development Group in 2006 and has served as its President since inception. He graduated from The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, GA, and received a B.A. in Finance from The Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.
Mr. Butler has worked in real estate development and finance since 1996 where he began his career as a commercial real estate construction lender with SouthTrust Bank in Atlanta, GA, and later served in the same capacity at Bank of America in Charleston, SC. During that time, he underwrote and financed retail, apartment, condo, hotel, self-storage, and industrial projects valued in excess of $1 Billion.
In 2001, he moved his family back to Atlanta to work as the Director of Development for Butler Properties, a family-owned real estate development company founded in 1960. In 2006, he formed Butler Development Group and has since developed over 175 new retail and residential projects across 16 states including single-tenant and multi-tenant retail, single family lots, and townhomes valued in excess of $250 Million.
In 2003, Mr. Butler founded Butler Properties Management Group to manage single-tenant retail projects that BDG was developing and selling to investors across the country. The company currently manages more than 40 single-tenant and multi-tenant shopping centers for clients in 13 states.
Mr. Butler currently resides in Atlanta, Ga with his wife and children. He is actively involved in his children’s travel sports and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.

Cindy Bragg

Cindy Bragg joined Butler Development Group in 2008. She is responsible for company accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management. Cindy also manages the operations of the property management division, Butler Properties Management Group, providing accounting oversight and relationship management for both tenants and property owners.
Cindy joined the Butler team with over 20 years of accounting experience, mostly in real estate and construction having worked with several homebuilders and other real estate development companies. Cindy is a member of Liberty Baptist Church where she teaches Children’s Church to five-year-olds, and she has also serves as a Youth Group Leader. Cindy lives in Villa Rica, GA with her husband and enjoys spending her free time with her four grandchildren.
